One of our most extensive renovations to date. This property was the former Callicoon general hospital built in the 1800s, then converted into apartments in the 1970s. We painstakingly restored the building over two years, working with the New York State Historic Preservation Office, and converted it into a seventeen bedroom hotel .

    Dating back to the 1800s, the original hospital building had a handsome, utilitarian feel. This inspired us to follow a simple shaker design language for the property. We also drew inspiration from the classic
